We are looking to bring on more independent travel advisors to expand the leisure travel markets. As a Disney Earmarked agency we prefer those with extensive travel experience to Disney destinations. If you have cruise experience and traveled to non Disney destinations that's a bonus.
It will take initiative, self-determination, a strong work ethic, career dedication and a winning attitude. You'll need to market yourself and be able to find new clients.. If this sounds like you, then we want to meet you.

FEES – Mickey's Travel does not charge registration or annual fees. Other than a nominal monthly software fee for use of our customer relationship management system (CRM), there are no mandatory monthly service fee.
Flexible Work Environment – You work from home and set your own hours. You work as much or as little as you want. But you need to check and respond to emails multiple times every single day including weekends & holidays. Disney is open 365 - 24 - 7
Your own Mickey’s Travel® email address. You can use on your business cards, flyers and promotions. your name @mickeystravel.com
Non Disney Destinations – Mickey’s Travel® specializes in Disney destination but you must be able to offer other destinations. You are not forced to do something you are uncomfortable with. You will never go it alone and will work with a destination specialist to satisfy your clients needs
Generous Commissions – Earn up to 90 percent on every booking you sell. The harder you work the more you could make! With the relationships we’ve built with some suppliers we receive commissions as high as 21%. That is more than twice as much as the standard 10%
Provided Leads – While you need to generate your own leads you also will receive leads from our marketing

As an Independent Contractor you will need to be able to do and provide.
- Obtain either an LLC or Doing Business As (DBA) trade name account in your state
- Protect the reputation and integrity of Mickey’s Travel®
- Maintain all records and bookings in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- You need to actively be involved in your business to make it grow. Don’t water a plant and it dies
- Put together a network of contacts with whom you can work to build a loyal client base.
- Successfully generate your own sales leads to whom you can market your services.
- Become familiar with sales, marketing and advertising.
- Computer set up with anti-virus software preferably that updates daily, Word & high speed internet access.
- Private work space that is free from ambient noise
- Phone number to use for your business. This phone should have a professional voice mail and should never be answered by anyone besides you or any staff. It could be a land line, your cell or VOIP.
- Filing system to keep records safe and secure.
- Must actively check emails multiple times each day and respond in a timely manner. If you have time to Tweet or post to Facebook you have the time to check your email Disney is open 7 days a week and so are we.
