I wanted to send you a quick thank you note for our trip to Disney. Our whole family enjoyed the trip! With such a large group it is always difficult to keep things organized and you were great resource. Right from the beginning where you were able to plan the larger group dining, you were on top of things and persistent. When the Tusker House appeared to be unavailable, you just kept checking and finally were able to make the reservation, which was a great character breakfast. Also, getting in on the Storybook dining with Snow White was amazing. It’s the newer character dining experience and you made us aware of it and got the reservation. The kids (and adults) had so much fun! So much of Disney planning can be done online but it is nice to have a point of contact who can just give you some guidance. As much as my wife and I love planning our Disney adventures, you did a great job letting us know everything we needed to do and it was great to be able to ask you questions, even if they were coming weekly at one point. We view the planning stages of Disney as part of the adventure, which prolongs the magic. And I am appreciative that you were so responsive, even with questions where you needed to follow-up with a Disney cast member for confirmation. Finally, I wanted to thank you for being on the lookout for Disney deals. We were originally going to stay at the Beach Club, but when a deal came across your desk, you were quick to run numbers for the neighboring resort, the Yacht Club, and let me know of the potential discount, which was significant. If we had booked on our own, we never would have thought to try and apply the discount. So once again, it was great planning with you and hopefully we can start talking Disney again in another year. ***************************************************** Mary Ann was such a delight to work with and provided us end to end support in planning our Disney World vacation. She was very knowledgeable about all of the Disney vacations and options. She was quick to respond to my questions and made sure we were happy all the way through. I highly recommend her to assist you with planning your vacation. Oh boy I don’t know where to start but Mary Ann is who I got to help me plan for my 5 year old Disney trip and Disney Cruise . It was a bday gift for my youngest child turning the big 5. Mary Ann got to the nitty gritty gave me suggestions on what to do and not to do ..I took my two girls on a cruise and then supposed to be Disney world after the cruise but my oldest child got sick on the cruise and Mickey’s travel was able to help me and omg what a help they were . I completely forgot about canceling dinner reservations at Disney but Mary Ann came to the rescuse and said she cancelled it …I wud highly recommend Mary Ann I’m only sorry I don’t have friends that have young kids lol I had my youngest at a much older age ..but please def use Mickey’s Travel and ask for Mary Ann …I cud not write everything she has done for me but if ask me to rate her out if 10 I wud give her 11 plus. As a mom with a full time job and 2 kids at home I had not time to plan this very detailed disney vacation. Mary Ann helped me get everything booked and organized. I could have not done it without her and even with my delayed responses and constant changes she still managed to make our trip magical. Mary Ann was very enthusiastic & excited for us. She could not have done more to make our vacation special & magical. Letter to Vinnie Amico, the owner of Mickey’s Travel My family just got back from an amazing 5 days in Disney world. We were 8 people. Two sets of grandparents, our 6-year-old grandson and 4-year-old granddaughter, and of course their parents. From the moment I started planning this trip for our family, Mary Ann Morrison was amazing. She gave us all the options and ways we can make this trip one to always remember and cherish. As we got closer to our departure day, Mary Ann made sure we had everything we needed from luggage tags to plane tickets to our bands. Her gifts for my grandchildren and gift cards was so appreciated. She booked us at the Beach Villas and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location to the boardwalk and Epcot was terrific. All her suggestions including the meal plans were well explained. Even when I called her to go over our confusion, she calmly explained it to me. She left nothing to worry about including our departure from Disney back to New York. The memories, pictures, and smiles from our grandchildren were worth it all. In talking to other families down at Disney they couldn’t believe all the information and work you put in planning our vacation.
