Mark is a Retired FDNY Firefighter and Marine Veteran, as well as former Epcot Cast Member. He first visited Walt Disney World in 1993, and has not stopped since. Mark and Jo Ann, his wife have been to Disney every year since 1995. In 2001, they brought a new Mouseketeer into the world, 3 more Mouseketeers followed over the next 6 years.

Ian, Julia, Aidan and Spencer have all visited Disney before their first birthday as a right of passage, in addition to their tenth birthday (basically an excuse and a means for us to schedule a trip).

Spencer, our youngest was born mentally and physically disabled, he suffers from sei-zure and eating allergies. This opened a new door of knowledge for traveling to, at and from Disney, which we have mastered and will share with you.

Mark became involved with Vacation Planning, as co-workers would approach him for help with trips for themselves or friends. When Mark retired, Jo Ann suggested he take it up as a new career, and so he is here to make your next trip Magical!
