Letter to the owner of Mickey’s Travel

I would like to tell you a little about my trip to Scotland that Jill set up for my wife an me. First we have used Jill before she setup a Disney cruise for us great job.

This time Jill went beyond herself she made a trip of a life time exactly that a life time trip. She had all my little ideas that we could do done when we entered Scotland with our guide Micheal. She treated like we are family and kept me up to date on very thing.

She set all of or excursions we didn’t have a worry in the world.one of my ideas was to propose to my wife after 29 years of marriage and set it all up with Micheal and it all went perfectly. I can’t thank her enough for ALL she has done for use.

She is worth her weight in gold she takes her job very serious and she treats everyone like it’s their first trip. I truly want to thank you for having a person that truly cares about peoples happiness. THANK YOU

My vacation had some unforeseen “bumps” in the road that Jill was able to help me out with. She was able to help me get my dad home early as my uncle had a heart attack. She also tracked down my stroller and groceries as they had not arrived when they should. Jill was easily accessible, prompt and very helpful several times during my trip, in addition to being a wealth of knowledge helping me plan my trip.
