While the My Disney Experience mobile app is nothing new many people don’t realize you can find actual bus times.

To find live bus times using the My Disney Experience mobile app, you must have an active resort reservation and be checked in. Disney activates this tracking feature on your check-in day to give you real-time countdowns.

Steps to Find Bus Times

1. Open the My Disney Experience App on your mobile device.
2. Tap the three stacked horizontal lines (menu icon) in the bottom right-hand corner.
3. Select the Hotel Reservations or Future Plans tile.
4. Tap on your current, active Disney Resort hotel reservation.
5. Scroll down beneath your room information to the horizontal icon list.
6. Tap the See Bus Times icon to open the tracker.

The screen will display a list of theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. It will provide the estimated arrival time for the next bus at your resort and the expected travel duration to your destination.

Essential Tips to Keep in Mind

• Resort Guest Exclusive: You can only view these times if you are staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The tool is hidden until your stay begins.
• One-Way Tracking Only: The app only tracks buses departing from your hotel to the parks. To see return times when leaving a theme park, look at the digital screens located at the park's bus terminals.

Real-Time Fluctuations: Times update dynamically based on traffic and guest boarding speed. It is best to head to the bus stop if a bus is listed as 5 to 10 minutes away
