We have used Jennifer on more than one occasion. Disney and Universal. She is always a pleasure to work with, and so knowledgeable. She always answers our questions promptly and never hesitates to help us with anything we may need. I would highly recommend her! I cannot wait to book our next adventure somewhere other than a theme park. I know we will be taken care of and won’t have any worries!.

When we decided to plan a special birthday trip to Disney for our son, my very first step in the process was contacting Jennifer! Keeping up with trips she had planned for others, I knew there was a special attention to detail she provided that stood out! She gave the best recommendations among an overwhelming amount of options to choose from, and she knew exactly how to customize our trip to ours son’s favorite things about Disney! He was captivated from our very first reservation at T-Rex upon arrival, felt so special on his first morning in Magic Kingdom where Winnie the Pooh was waiting to give him a big welcoming hug, and of course to top it off, he got to celebrate his birthday at a Polynesian inspired dinner at Ohana with his own Mickey Mouse Ear birthday cake! So many sweet details throughout our entire trip- memories we will hold for a lifetime! It was truly a “Happily Ever After” experience for our entire family!

David Chaney assisted us with 2 Walt Disney World vacations 5 years apart. Both times we had a large group with separate family units and everyone had a wonderful time. To say that he assisted is an understatement. He basically did everything so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. Our last trip was over Thanksgiving and he even woke up at 4am to reserve seating for a party of 16 at the Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom on Thanksgiving Day. My husband pulled off the best surprise trip for us! He reached out to Jennifer and she planned it all out so perfectly. This was a first trip for all of us, and we enjoyed it all. Even throughout our trip she did check ins and helped me move reservations around. We cannot wait to go back one day!
