This is your vacation so choose Universal first or Disney first.  Being travel professionals here is our two cents.   Either from the airport or back to the airport will be Disney’s FREE Magical Express if you do choose the all ground option in the quote.  An advantage of staying at Disney first is Disney will get your luggage for you.  If you decide to stay at Universal first you need to get your own baggage.
