Transfer Schedule:
To Universal Orlando Resort®: Pickup time will be determined by calling our Fulfillment Department at 888-327-4172 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at least 24hours in advance to arrange your pickup time from the hotel. Transfer service is not available between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm.
From Universal Orlando Resort®: Pickup time with Mears can be arranged when making your initial reservation or by calling Mears from the parks a minimum of 3 hours prior to your desired pickup time.
Documentation Instructions: You must present a valid photo ID with your reservation number at the time of pickup from your hotel.
Additional Information: Valid hotels for this shuttle are located in the Lake Buena Vista, Walt Disney World® and Hwy. 192W area.
Shuttle service is not guaranteed direct service to Universal Orlando® and multiple stops may be made between hotel and Universal Orlando®.
