Mark Ward was an excellent vacation planner. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Disney and he was very helpful in planning our trip. He presented and discussed options that fit our itinerary and our budget. I felt that he really had our best interests for a great trip at heart. Mark was very easy to stay in contact with and he responded to phone calls and email promptly. After making our reservations, Mark also then helped us plan our trip, using magic bands, check-in procedures, transportation to and around the park and recommendations for activities. He was great to work with and I would definitely use him again to plan another trip.
